Botanica — Mastered
The full Botanica curriculum is integrated into this workshop. Sugar flowers on wire taken to their furthest point — roses, peonies, orchids, foliage — with a botanical realism that deceives the eye.
Not as an introduction. As a foundation for what comes next.
Textures & Advanced Techniques
Exploring the full vocabulary of surface and structure. Textures that give depth, identity, and visual tension to every piece.
Applied with intention — not as decoration.
Cake Painting
Multiple painting techniques on cake — from delicate washes to bold artistic statement.
Painting not as embellishment, but as a primary creative language.
Colour as a Langage
A rigorous study of colorimetry — how colour combinations work, why some compositions command and others don't, and how to build a colour signature that is immediately yours.
The Marriage of Techniques
This is the core of Haute Création. Taking everything you already know — and everything learned here — and combining them in ways that produce something that could not have existed before.

How to read and absorb what is happening at the highest levels of cake design internationally.

You have completed the Wedding Cake Workshop or the PME Masters. You deliver solid professional work — and you know there is a level beyond it. You are ready for six days of intensive, uncompromising creative work.
This is not for everyone. It is for those for whom the right moment has arrived.
This workshop is not for you if:
- You do not yet have the level established through the Wedding Cake Workshop or the PME Masters. This workshop assumes real mastery — coming here without that foundation means not getting what this training can give you.
Haute Création does not build foundations — it transcends them.
- You are looking for a result you can reproduce identically. What you create here resembles nothing else — because it comes from you.
